Flow, Form & Frequencies was born from a simple idea: artists deserve spaces where they don't have to fit neatly into one category.

FFF brings them together.
Founded by multidisciplinary artist and curator Kristen Allicock and Toronto artist, producer and creative Will Tha Artist, FFF creates multidisciplinary experiences where visual art, live music, sound, culture and community exist in the same space.
Our programming centres Black and diverse creatives while welcoming audiences from across the cultural landscape.
